Series 100 Baluster Kits are designed for use with Series 100 Level and Adjustable Stair Rail Kits (each sold separately) to make a complete rail section. The balusters assemble to the rails with the Baluster Connectors that are factory installed on the rails. Each Baluster Kit contains the appropriate number of balusters to accommodate the stated length of rail run. Once assembled with the Rail Kit, this Baluster Kit will give you a 36" Tall rail section.

Stainless steel fittings which mount to the respective Cable Posts into which the Cable Runs are inserted and tension fit. The Corner Fitting threads into a pre-drilled and tapped hole in the Corner Post. One Fitting is required for every Cable Run, whether a Line or Corner run.

Aluminum AFCO-Rail newel posts can give your outdoor space a more grand appearance. It can either sleeve over a 4" x 4" wood post or be surface mounted using AFCO's uniquely designed brackets.

The AFCO-TOOL is designed to make any easy job easier. Complete your AFCO railing installation as quick as possible with the AFCO Installation Tool. The perfect way to set and attach the AFCO mounting brackets in the correct height for a 36 inch railing, the AFCO Installation Tool simplifies the railing installation entirely and works with both 3 inch and 4 inch AFCO Posts. Simply align the tool with the post and pre-drill for perfectly-placed brackets.

Series 100 Adjustable Stair Rail Kit contains the Top Rail and the Bottom Rail of the rail section. The rails both have toggles at every baluster position that allows the rail section to pivot to meet the required stair angle. The Baluster Connectors to mount the balusters to the rails are factory installed on both these toggles. The Adjustable Stair Rail will accommodate rail angles from 0 degrees level to a 36 degree maximum. Also included are Two Top Rail and Two Bottom Rail Pivoting Adjustable Stair Rail Post-to-Post Mounting Brackets, Support Block Material and Hardware for mounting the rails to any AFCO Aluminum Afco-Rail Post. Series 150 Glass Level Rail Kit offers a clear view of your scenic surroundings. This kit offers our Breadloaf Top Rail with Glazing Channel, Bottom Rail with Glazing Channel, Vinyl Glazing Gaskets, Glazing Channel Inserts, Top and Bottom Rail Mounting Brackets, Support Block Material, Mounting Hardware, and Installation Support Foam Blocks.

The Fixed Gate is welded using the standard Bottom Rail Extrusion on all four side. Balusters run from top to bottom to match the Series 100 style. The gate is undersized by 1-1/2" from the opening width stated to allow room for hinge mounting and latch clearance. The gate is undersized by 2" from the rail height stated to mimic the sizing of the rail section. NOTE: Latch, hinges and newel posts are not included (sold separately).

Series 100 Horizontal Pivot Bracket Kit contains one Top Rail pivot and one Bottom Rail pivot mounting brackets for the Series 100 Level Rail. The brackets pivot enabling the installed top or bottom rail to be angled from zero to 45 degrees. Choose the color to match your railing!

Our Post-to-Post products offer a traditional style in which the top rail runs directly into the face of the post. All Aluminum AFCO-Rail posts are surface mounting; either on the flooring surface, or, with the Fascia Mount Post, on the outer face of the deck or porch. Our Post Kits contain Posts as referenced with applicable Post Cap, Base Trim, and ACQ Pad.

Also included are Two Top Rail and Two Bottom Rail Fixed Stair Post-to-Post Mounting Brackets, Support Block Material and Hardware for mounting the rails to any AFCO Aluminum Afco-Rail Post. The Series 125 Level Rail Kit is used in conjunction with a Series 100 Level Rail Kit (sold separately) to make a complete Series 125 rail section. This kit contains the Mid Rail of the Series 125 design, along with the correct number of long and short balusters to create the Style A look. The kit has the correct number of balusters to cover the stated rail length. The necessary Baluster Connectors are factory installed on both the top and the bottom of the Mid Rail. Also included are Mid Rail Mounting Brackets and fasteners to mount to any Aluminum Afco-Rail Post product. The balusters in this kit will create a 36" Tall rail section once assembled.

This Post Kit provides Over-the-Post style rail mount. Mounted on top of the undersized, 1-7/8" post, there is an Over-the-Post Top Rail Bracket that allows a 36" rail sections to be mounted on one side creating a rail run termination. The post has a mounting flange that is welded to the bottom which allows for surface mount onto the deck, porch, patio, etc. The mounting flange is pre-drilled in the four corners for 3/8" fasteners. The Post Kit also includes a base trim that will slide down the post once mounted to hide the fasteners and an ACQ pad to fit under the mounting flange if mounting onto treated wood. NOTE: The fasteners for mounting this post are not included.
